Dawley Projects met the challenge of accommodating a duplex development on a very tight triangular block adjoining the South Coast's iconic Horseshoe Bay. The project also had to meet a tight construction timetable and fit within budgetary constraints.

The end result presents as an attractive addition to the local streetscape, reflecting the area's holiday location, whilst providing four bedroom accommodation, views and sunny living areas for the owners and their guests.
